[s-cars] Dead ECU -> upgrade opportunity?

Well, I just talked to my mechanic and the ECU is officially fried.
He tells me there is extensive corrosion inside, so it would seem this
has been going on for some time (I bought the car last year) :(

So, the question now becomes, does anyone know of a good source for a
replacement ECU for a '95 S6 (Canadian-spec, if that makes a
difference)? My mechanic is trying to track down a rebuild, but has
been unsuccessful so far. I've checked eBay, but there doesn't seem
to be anything there. I'm in the S.F. Bay Area, but I'm willing to
have something shipped if it will save me money.

Thanks,

Kris
