Larry,
I think you misread Mark's question.

The spark plugs are indeed torqued to 22 lb. ft. Actually 30Nm, but 22 
lb. ft. was close enough.

The machined cast iron X-plug with the Viton O-ring on the P/S pump is 
torqued to 50Nm.
