[s-cars] NEEDED: US S4 Speedo or MPH Gauge Face?

Now that I've moved from Canada to the US, I need to register my car 
(quick). I finally got my conformity letter from Audi and it states that my 
speedo must be labeled in MPH but my odometer is fine in KM.

Anyone have a used/spare S4 speedo (working or broken) that I can buy to 
install the face on mine?

Anyone know if the speedo face is a dealer orderable part?
