[s-cars] Speaking of Gremlins- Horn=Ignition cutout

Wow.  This has just got to be CRIPPLING to the typical Italian driver!
My guess would be a short in the steering column to the horn wires.

Based on my limited experience Brian, you could make money with this
innovation in Cairo!  Seems like an Egyptian in Cairo can't touch anything
in a car without beeping the horn once before, and immediately after the
act.
