Tom, you can either:
1. Buy the stuff, use what you need and sell me (and others) the rest. I 
need some too for my Euro center section.  :-)
or
2. Go to your local car part/ body shop supplier and look for glazing tape, 
butyl rubber windshield gasket or whatever they call  it at the shop. I paid 
less than $ 10.

I went with 2 when I was fixing a tail light leak. Unfortunately the 
diameter was was too small (could see daylight with lens installed) and I 
needed to double up the cord. Which resulted in the left tail light section 
sticking slightly further out than the right side section, enough that I 
noticed it right away. That should be fixed whenever I put the Euro light 
in.

BTW, how are you mounting your plate?
