[s-cars] radiator hoses

Does anyone know the correct part numbers for upper and lower radiator hoses
for a '95 S6?

My parts supplier ordered 4A0 121 101C (upper) and 4A0 121 055H (lower).
The upper is clearly wrong--it has the small hose that goes to the coolant
reservoir, but it is otherwise not even close; I suspect the lower is also
wrong, but haven't crawled under to verify.

'95 urS6 sitting in the garage... again! :-(

P.S. Doing cooling system maintenance now because the system "self-flushed"
due to a leak.  One leg of the T-fitting that holds the coolant temperature
sensor for the HVAC system just snapped off!  This is a plastic T in the
heater supply line... located between the engine and the firewall.  The
temperature sensor (with an electrical connector) sticks out the top of the
T.
