They are supposed to have a good reputation. 

I had them rework a speedometer from a BMW K1100-LT motorcycle, which
was the usual electronic type.  When it was returned to me, it was a
lot more inaccurate than when I sent it to them.  They declined to just
put it back like it was, and wanted a huge amount of money to install
an additional circuit board of their design to make it read accurately.

I was told that I'd have to talk to {???} about the problem, and I was 
never able to reach that person.  I finally gave up on them, and just 
reseated the speedometer needle so it was accurate at 75 MPH.
