It's possible that the speed sensor code is a result of the ECU
responding to irregular jumps in the RPM when the bucking occurs.
So perhaps the code is not really indicating the direct cause of the
bucking but is just a symptom of it.
An ignition problem is a likely suspect.
If the plugs and connectors haven't been replaced in a while
I would get new ones. If that doesn't help then an adjustable
gap ignition tester might be an option to try out.
