[s-cars] Help!! Evil drain plug will NOT come out

Many of us have BTDT with this.  I'll skip the list of 50 things I tried, 
which is probably similar to your list.  What finally worked was hitting the 
edge of the mangled plug with an air chisle in the proper rotation.  It 
broke loose in a couple of seconds.

Then write on the blackboard 100 times: "I will never touch the oil plug 
with a 12-point wrench".  The way I get it out now is to hang a 6-point box 
wrench on it and beat on it with my foot, while lying down.  Works great 
every time.
