[s-cars] Finally ordered an IPOD..now to use it in the car..

Fellow S-car nutz,

Finally 0rdered an IPOD, so until I finally decide to purchase a new
stereo system (yeah right) I need to decide how to use this in my car.

I have seen several different approaches to this, what works best?
Anyone else using an IPOD, any do's or dont's?
