Parts-
1 - head gasket
2 - 12 pcs stretch bolts for the head
3 - cam housing gasket - good to do while you are there
4 - timing belt, power steering belt, etc - while you are there
5 - coolant pump - while you are there
6 - gaskets for EM and IM - optional
7 - assorted clamps, nuts, bolts
8 - temp sensors - if they're dodgy

If you know exactly what you need to take off/move in order to reach
what you need to reach to loosen what you have to loosen etc you
should be able to do this job in a day.
