[s-cars] Turbo resetting, lost boost...

If you are truly getting NO boost at all, then something maybe loose in the 
turbo or something is able to intermittedly jam the turbo.

With no turbo speed at all (jammed turbo) the car bogs tremendously.
Just don't ask how I know.... :-(
