Is it a high-pitched squeal? If so, it is the tiny fan that draws air in 
to regulate the climate control. There is a small vent on the center top 
of the dash. Try putting a thumb, finger, or other available body part 
of the vent and see if this is the source of your noise. Alternatively, 
turn off the climate control, by lowering the main fan speed all the way 
down.

If that is your problem, you can tear out the dash and replace the fan. 
or wait for it to go away.  My noise problem seemed to correct itself 
and others have reported the same. I would guess that some dust/dirt 
gets in there for a while, then clears up??
