Just for the heck of it check and nake sure you don't have a rock stuck
in the tread of your tire. It can make the same noise and increases
with vehile speed.
It could also be warped rotor or a buidl up of brake dust (so I've
read)
Barring that could you describe what area (RF, LF, rear, front, etc.)
of the car it sounds like it's coming from?
Does it happen when going backwards?
