[s-cars] EGT temps

I second that opinion.  The goal is to have it in the exhaust port of
the cylinder at the end of the fuel rail, at least that's how I have
it, 3" down the #4 runner on the ricebox.

850C's my warning point and once it gets to 900C, I start checking things.
