I don't know your travel schedule/route through the Rockies, but......
 
If you are on the way back east by Friday/Saturday/Sunday next, i.e. January
29th - 30th, and want to make a detour by way of Steamboat Springs, that is
the weekend of the Rocky Mountain Audi Club annual Steamboat Springs Winter
Driving event held at the two tracks just out side of town run by the
Bridgestone Winter Driving School (www.winterdrive.com , I think.)  If you
make it by, there will be lots of Colorado, and even (based on last year's
participants) a good number of out of State (California etc.) drivers.  Call
me on my cell, 303-888-1941) if you think you might get close, and want an
update or more info.
