In my not so 'umble opinion, what matters is how well one can stop when
required, how well one can maneuver around a hazard, or a child, and how
well one can survive a mistake in attention, e.g., misestimating a
tightening radius turn. I don't believe any tire that can last 65
kmiles, or even 65k km, will provide this performance as well as one
optimized for wet and dry traction. I wouldn't buy tires that I
expected to last more than 20 kmiles.

Noise is not a requirement of good performance. But even a very quiet
tire will become more noisy as it wears due to small variations in tread
wear.

My recommendation is select among the highest performance tires that
will correctly fit on your wheels.
