[s-cars] Will this Steering will fit?

Wondering if this would fit a 93 UrS4.
I like the 3 spoke sport wheel design PLUS I'm wondering if the
tiptronic switches could be used as mute buttons for my V1.

Anybody know if this will fit and how hard it is to swap?
