umm I guess Snapon dealer.
Did the work at a friends foriegn auto repair shop and used his tools.

Flare tools are pretty cheap though, stop by your local FLAPS and see
what they have. I do have a flaring tool, I can loan if you need it.
Let me know and I can take a pic of it for your reference.
