[s-cars] Winterizing Windhshield Washer Fluid

given the price of washer fluid, i wonder if it might be cheaper to
buy some popov vodka (the kind that comes in a 1.75 liter plastic jug
for $6) and cut it with water.

and if you get cold, you can drink it, too.
