Steve, that looks exactly the same as the "FRAM SureDRAIN Fast Access Oil
Change System".... 

Stick with Fumoto.

I discovered this while shopping for motorcycle farkles.

It's a quick change solution for those of you looking for an
alternative to the Fumoto valve. Assuming they have the correct thread
size, it should work just fine. I've got the Fumoto valve myself so
can't say I have tried it.
