I will agree with Rich and Dave on this.
I can state from my personal experience with my 93 S4, my boost
threshold went UP (approx 300-400rpm) when I installed the RS2
camshaft, which was extremely dissapointing as I was hoping for a
decrease.
Just my "sample size = 1" statistic...
