Todd,

It's not very well known, but the Palm calculator in advanced mode does
conversions.

Select the unit type be it weight, length etc.
enter in the numeric value say 16
and then click the known measurement say oz
then select the measurement you wish to conver to say cup
and it will then display 2 which means 16 oz = 2 cups

wala!
