The ICs seem to be around all the time.  The piping isn't currently  offered 
by the company I got them from.  Likely they will return.
 
Keeping in line with the Happer-naming convention, and the associated  
trademarking, I considered calling this setup Dave's InterCooler Kit... but  after 
careful consideration, I figured I'd go ahead and leave it nameless.
