[s-cars] Fuel Line Recall

The original recall was issued in the US so it included only the model
available in US. Audi issued a new recall for Canada one or two years later,
including the 96 and 97 models, but it was kept confidential as most
canadian stealer was realying on the US recall. Most canadian listers had to
contact Audi of Canada to get their recall approved as I did. It seems that
Audi of Canada decided to make their recall a bit less confidential.

But this appears to be a newly expanded recall notice. From the original
recall dated Feb 2001,

model year (96) was not included. This appears to be a new recall.

My local stealer isn't really taking it seriously as I have a 2 week wait
for appointment.

I got the same notice from Audi of America.  I don't have any leaks under
the hood so I'm wondering if I should have them mess with something that
isn't broken.  A while ago somebody posted a description of what they do.  I
don't remember any of the details but it struck me as more of a hack job
than a good fix.  So I'm really sitting on the fence on this one.
