[s-cars] Anti-squeal Goop for Big Reds

I always do- it's never hurt anything to do so. Then again, with the
vibration dampers, I've only had squeal on occasion.

On the other hand, the Brembos on the STi don't squeal without any
vibration dampers for the most part.
