[s-cars] Anti-squeal goop for Big Reds

can't remember whether i got the info from this or some other list, but
the squeal apparently comes from the pad backing plates rubbing against
the retaining pins.

i put some anti-seize on the ends of the pad backing plates where they
contact the pins, and the squeal went away.  i don't have any goop or
dampening pads between the pads and the pistons.

the brakes are squealing again after about a year, so i'll have to do
it again soon.  right now i just ignore the squeal or vary my braking
to avoid it.

my calipers are 996 monoblocs.
