[s-cars] 3-Spoke Steering Wheel Conversion Questions...

Ok...

I have all the stuff, and an extra clockspring from a 1993 car for the 
plastic return. I have not taken the wheel off my car yet, but I have removed the 
plastic return from the 1995 wheel, and the plastic return from the 1993 
clockspring. The questions I have are as follows:

1. Do I have to re-wire anything with the new wheel? The write up in S-Cars 
states that there is some re-wiring of the horn assembly, but it wasn't totally 
clear to me, can someone confirm this? It looks like the airbag and horn will 
just plug in, but I wanted to make sure.

2. Where the heck is Plastic Weld sold? I looked for it at Lowes and Home 
Depot, in adhiesives, but couldn't find that name brand. What product did you 
guys use (name brand would be great!) to attach the plastic return from the 
1992-94 clockspring to the 1995 clockspring?

3. Finally, what is the size of the nut holding the steering wheel on? 24mm?
