Bill,

This is interesting as I have been battling grounding issues with my
headlights; however, my ground connections from the ballasts are
perfect with heavy gauge wire and I have tested them numerous times.
Needless to say, sometimes when conditions are just right, when I turn
on the lights, I get a little grounding issue (the RPM gauge drops and
jumps back to where it was).

I wonder if this is the issue I am having? A weak ground somewhere?
That would make sense.

So, who out there knows the ground points of the car?
