[s-cars] Replacing Struts..what do I need?

Gents,
I am ready to go with my Koni-Eibach install but need to know what
else I should be replacing while in there.  Here's my list so far:

Strut bearings
bellows
bump stop (is this dealer only?)

I also want to replace the tie rod ends while I am at it as well as
the sway bar bushings. I beleive I have the 26 mm sway bar Vs the
28mm, can someone conirm this? (1995 S6)
The control arms and subframe has already been done in the last 20K miles.

Is is necessary to replace the Strut mounts as well?

I am going to look up Igors tips on slotting the mounts and since I am
having a shop  do the install I presume I will have to provide the
"slotted" mounts to them as I doubt they want the liablity invovled
with slotting it themselves so maybe I just answered the question
directly above :)

Am I leaving anything out here?
