Sounds like you need to resync the switch to the roof. Had to do that
the other day. Involves popping off the cover to the switch and using
the handy "crank" to
close the roof manually (don't forget to press firmly UP on the socket
while turning, otherwise you risk stripping the engagement pawls,
BTDT) and set the switch to the closed position. Do this with the
ignition OFF. Then, and only then, power up, and cycle the system. It
should synch up just fine. If not, I'd suspect the rear limit switch.
