Lee,

I just upgraded my 95.5 to Concert I and Phatnoise.  Fairly easy, and less
than $300 for used Concert off ebay and a new Phatbox with New Beetle wiring
harness.  Marc Swanson is following on Wednesday night, and Steve Young has
two Phattys for his wife's 96 A6 and his 93 S4 (the ealier cars will be much
more difficult than the Delta equipped 95.5 and later cars).

Perhaps I'll jot down a few notes Wednesday if people are interested.  I got
the Phat set up from Ken at VW of West Hartford; use my name if you contact
him.  He'll ship or I can pickup prepaid units and haul them to S fest.

The cd player in my wife's '96 A6 comes up with the dread CDERR once every
coupla months. And it's starting to annoy her. It takes me about 15 minutes
to clear the error (remove the player from car, remove from casing, futz
with it till it coughs up its hairball, replace).

However, I'd like to get off this particular treadmill.

Does anyone have a good spare 6 disk CD player for an S6 or A6? I don't
remember offhand which model it is, but it is the same unit that is in a
'95.5 S6.
