Steve,
Don't waste your time trying to find the right relay.  The top of the fuel pump is very easy to access (right under the carpet, directly below the ski boot), and you can test for power right there while cranking.  My guess... you'll have power, and your fuel pump is shot.  Crack the fuel line at the rail, or at the fuel filter.  If you get only a dribble... and you have power while cranking... time to order a fuel pump.
