[s-cars] Tire Rack installers - Westchester County NY or CT?

I'm looking to pick up a set of Kumho MX's from Tire Rack but all of the installers listed on tire rack's installer site get so much for the install that I may as well buy from a local source (but nobody seems to carry Kumho).
 
Does anyone have a local Kumho source or reasonable installer who will install from tire rack in Westchester Cnty NY or CT (below Hartford)?
 
I'd be willing to hear other tire suggestions - currently have 225/50-16 S03's.
