That's the engine RPM sensor that will appear if the car is not
running-2111.
A CPS code 2113 would be significant.
If you did not see the DTC for the engine RPM sensor with the engine
not running,
run the codes again. You either missed it or you have a faulty ECU.
If I felt the car wash was a cause factor, I would clean contacts
everywhere, and
look for moisture around ECU, ignition and injector connectors.
