I stand corrected. Kevin sent me the graph ... it appears to be linear. 
However my measurements around 0.8 to 1.0 volts are accurate ... maybe you have a 
bad ground connection (a 30 mV delta can throw this off quite a bit). Check it 
with VAG-COM
