On your 93 which doesnt have EBD, YES if your rear prop valve is
functioning properly. If you really want to know, go under the car and
try to work the lever to see if it is working properly (will be
mounted to the body or frame but have a lever linked to one of the
suspension peices so that when the suspension is loaded/unloaded the
prop valve is adjusted...)
