[s-cars] Front bumper - more questions

Finally got Belly pan in place and JB Weld seem to be working pretty good on 
those plastic brakets inside bumper..

Now, can somebody explain in Russian (j/k) how do I clip on bumper sides???

After I attached bumper it seem to lock in properly on a left side, but on a 
right - I can take it out with one hand. I can put it up and it looks right, 
but then if I pull on a side slightly it will come right off. All brackets 
seem to be OK. What is the proper technique to lock this thing in place?
