I can help you, here!  I'm in Hood River, and had very bad luck with a local
Tire Factory alignment after having sport springs installed (they couldn't
get the steering wheel straight in 3 tries, I gave up).  I had to do some
work in Portland near Matrix Engineering (Audi/Subaru tuner, has 4-wheel
dyno) on Macadam and they recommended Morgans Mechanical at 1737 SE Rhine
Street (503-231-6677).  The cost was $77 for a full 4-wheel alignment, and
they got it right the first time.  They did it in a little over an hour
while I waited.  Matrix says they send all their customers' cars there.

Les Schwab might be fine; they will likely have the same equipment, but it
all depends on the tech.  I'm not sure how you could determine ahead of time
if a competent tech will work on your car or not.  I wouldn't count on it.

Any recommendations for where to get a wheel alignment near Portland, 
preferably on the west side.  Or is Les Schwab just as good as anybody? 
What's the typical cost these days?
