[s-cars] Bullet Dodging 101 - Phew!

No CPS related CEL. I have had an OXS related CEL from time to time but
not CPS related. The OXS one happens on long downhill very light throttle
conditions and immediately clears if pressure on the loud pedal is either
released or is increased a bit.
