So last time the subject of tires came up I said the TS-1s were quiet and
Bob R. said not.

I thought to myself...what is he talking about?

Well, I just found out.

I put a set of moderately worn TS-1s in a 255/40 17 size on my A6 3.0 and
yep, they sure are noisy. Sound a lot like my old Hakka Qs, except at a
lower frequency.

Wow.

Wonder what tires I'll run next. I've got a set of Michelin Pilot Sports
that I may try next.

They're in a 245/40 17 size.
