Paul ~ can't you put a name plate on the Port-o-San door?  
You know something like "State Police Office" or "Audi List Administration"
or "Brett's Place"?

That ought to at least keep Pizzo out .... Might be hard on the lawn and
shrubbery etc., but at least Pizzo would be safer.
