Sam, I concur with Dave, you've a boost leak. Time to check (besides the hoses
Dave mentioned) perhaps the bypass valve and hoses to and from the turbo also.
But, as Dave mentioned, the Michelin Man hose (the one down low) is
most suspect due to the accumulation of oil down low. And thanks for
the heads up on the moisture trap Dave, forgot about that one.
