I have been lurking for a while now, learning good information, about the myriad of details this car has.. THANKS to Gabriel for the central locking module I bought from you, installed it and it works FINE!!  *yay one issue solved*

About the time the rear of the car flooded, killing the module mentioned above, the car started running VERY poorly.. now with the module replaced its time to figure out whats up with the running issue..

Facts follow:

It starts . . .barely.. with no throttle applied, and can be coaxed into revving, however the BAR pressure usually reads .9 here at my altitude and it is now very low, around .4 and will NOT jump up when revved.. there is also a muted metallic grinding noise when I can actually get it revving up...

Unfortunately I could not keep the car running simultaniously with getting under the hood to listen closely, and when I took my gf out there to try this, it would not fire again.... I am going to try again, and have stethescope in ear to listen for this noise.

My first inclination is "ok at 165k I finally spun a turbo"  but I figured I would ping this off the collective brain here first, before flinging random parts at the car LOL
