You probably have a bad idler pulley or tensioner pulley.  Otherwise the 
tensioner is not doing its job.

S-men,
The serpentine belt on my car is squealing.   I can quiet it down for a 
while with some belt dressing. It's not that old (9 months).  I'm not sure 
what brand it is. Do some brands squeal more than others?
