[s-cars] Help! How do I get the spark plugs out of an AAN???

I find I have to use a lot of silicone spray on the socket sleeve so the
least friction is at the plug instead of at the extension. This
probably helps the rubber plug boots also.
However, if I ever remember when I see a Snap-On truck, I'll get a
better setup.
