The line that runs under the wiring connector cover in the engine bay is
the one that feeds the ECU.

that works fine if you want to measure manifold pressure/vacuum. if
you want to measure the pressure/vacuum that the ECU sees (which can
be different), look in the passenger footwell. run the line just under
the lip of the dash.
