Alexander,
Depending on the state, and if you have garage space, it will most
likely be worth it to part it out yourself.
In MI, they are required to give you the option to buy the salvage for
15% of the valuation.
I'm guessing that'll end up being $1k or so - you could easily recoup
that if the tranny is a wide first, selling the AAN, and then by
parting out the interior (find a 100CS owner who wants leather sport
seats.. etc etc ...)
Also - if you're in the NE - you might make a quick profit selling the
salvage off to Force5 ? worth a try....
