[s-cars] TO4E Turbo Orientation?

Gents,
	I will be putting a new high-output TO4E turbo from Javad at
034efi.com on my car this Saturday and wanted to find out if the
orientation of the center section should be straight up and down?
Meaning oil goes in at a 90 degree angle and comes out at 90 degree
angle on the Oil Return. Right now my current turbo is slightly cocked
at an angle...not sure if that is correct or not
