are there any cars that have oil pump problems?  i mean oil pumps, not
oil pump drive issues.  the oil pump is usually a simple gerotor design,
and is so ridiculously overlubricated that it should easily outlast the
engine.  the only time it stops working is when debris gets past the
oil pickup screen and jams it.
